Operator Support for HEV Bus Chargers

Procedure to Manage Reactive Heavy Electric Vehicle (HEV) Charger Support

We.EV team members will not be available to resolve issues from Christmas Day 2025 to Tuesday, 6 January 2026.

Please submit an incident report for every issue, with a short description and include relevant photos and any other details.

For each incident report, confirm the following:

  • Name and contact number for the person raising the fault, either from WRC or Tranzit

  • Depot site location and charger

    e.g. WRC Kihikihi 1 / WRC Kihikihi 1 or WRC Cambridge 1 / WRC Cambridge 2

  • Details of the fault being reported

  • Photos if possible or applicable

Submit Incident Report

Emergency callouts:

An electrician will attend site to make the charger electrically safe. Any additional work will be scheduled for the next working day.

Please note:

If an additional charger is required, buses may be charged at the We.EV Ruakura Superhub.
